Fill in the vendor order form. App auto-detects nearest pickup yard based on delivery ZIP.
Send Email #1 to customer right after the vendor order is submitted. Lets them know things are moving.
When WestGulf confirms — log it. This unlocks the scheduling step.
Send Email #2 with scheduling link, or book manually if customer calls in. Earliest date auto-calculates.
Once the container is on the ground, close the order. Full audit trail is saved on the Timeline tab.
